MamaMia Maternity Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping:
- We currently ship to selected countries outside of the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs duties and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
- MamaMia Maternity ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
6. Damages:
- MamaMia Maternity is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
